You deserve better. I work one-on-one with you on a “whole body approach.” I teach and empower you to help yourself, so you even have a plan in place to prevent future issues and/or injury. I will provide you access to an app which will help you to track your activities. I specialize in treatment of pelvic health conditions and chronic pain. I offer myofascial release, joint mobilization, pain neuroscience education, exercise training, soft tissue massage, cold laser, dry needling, alpha stim, pelvic floor treatment and more!
