Diana has always embraced an active lifestyle and when she learned that she was expecting her first child, she was eager to do research and start making better choices for her growing family. After her daughter had a serious health scare as an infant, Diana went from dipping her toes into the metaphorical crunchy pool to diving in head-first without a life jacket. Over the last sixteen years, she has spent most of her free time tirelessly researching all aspects of health and working with some of the best local and global experts in health and healing. While working to heal her child, she began to understand the complex relationship between what she eats and how she feels, how important prayer and meditation are to healing, and how imperative the village and community aspect is for overall wellness.
Yes, the world can be toxic, but it’s also incredibly beautiful and full of ways to heal and connect with each other. She keeps her gratitude at the forefront, especially when life throws her a curveball that forces her to adjust her expectations, timing, and sometimes big picture goals.
Diana loves being active with her family which includes her husband, two daughters, and their loyal and furry best friend, Rebel. She is so grateful for the ability to exercise almost daily (even occasionally on leg day). When she’s not trying to connect and build up the crunchy community, you might find her homeschooling her children, making fun recipes in the kitchen or trying to pry her children down from some crazy obstacle of their creation. Puzzles and warm blankets are her love language. Diana feels most fulfilled when she’s pouring into those around her and helping to lift them to be the best version of themselves. She is creating this space in hopes that others looking for holistic solutions in the Charlotte area can more easily tap into all that the community has to offer and live their lives in abundant health.
